What construction technology of antistatic PVC floor in clean room project should we notice?

Ⅰ. Ground base

First of all, there are corresponding requirements on the floor smoothness, hardness, strength, humidity and environmental humidity of the construction site.

1.Remove paint, adhesive and residue when cleaning the ground. The ground should be cleaned and kept dry.

2.The flatness of the ground: it is required to be less than 2mm-3mm in the range of a 2-meter straightedge. If there are any bumps or cracks, it must be smoothed.

3.Hardness: the surface layer shall be hard without sand, the strength of mortar shall be no less than No. 75, and the surface hardness of the base layer shall be no less than 1.2MPa

4.Strength: not less than the C-20 concrete strength standard.

5.Humidity: moisture content of base is less than 3%.

6.Environmental humidity: indoor temperature and ground temperature should be 15 degrees. Below 15 degrees and above 30 degrees environment can not construction. Indoor relative air humidity should be maintained between 20% and 75% RH.


.Ground base grinding

Purpose:Clean the floor, remove the pollution, and focus polishing the ground base . After polishing, in the range of 2 to 2.5m straightedge, the ground should be controlled without upon mentioned problems


.Cement self-leveling constructions

1. Check the ground humidity and confirm that the ground is dry; Check the flatness of the ground and confirm the ground is flat; Check the hardness of the ground and the ground should has no cracks.

2.Clean the floor thoroughly and remove all kinds of dirt, such as paint, grease and paint etc. Thoroughly polish the floor and remove dust.

3.Coating the base oil: use the base oil roller to apply every step of the floor, not to be missed.

4. Self-leveling base mud: pouring water into mixing bucket in proportion, then pouring self-leveling cement, and mix well by electric drill and mixer.

5.Formal construction: pouring the self-leveling evenly into the ground floor, pushing and scraping evenly with special scraper, and deflating air with a deflated roller.

6.Fine handle: After self-leveling and drying for 24 hours, it is sanded with a sand machine to trim and remove the tiny particles on the surface, so that the self-leveling surface is smoother after construction.

7.About 24 hours later, self-leveling cement dry completely, then the floor can be laid after 1-2 days after .

1. The copper foil is laid in the center of the veneer in the shape of a cross
