Success Way Clean Technology Co., Ltd. set quality standard for sandwich panel in clean room, The quality standard is applicable for wall panel in envelop enclosure, ceiling panel and other sandwich panel which are in cleanroom and related controlled environment. Technical requirements are as follows: size, raw material, heat transfer coefficient, bond strength and stripping quality, flexural loading capacity, fireproof Iimit, non-thermal performance etc.
4 Bond Strength and Stripping Performance
The bond strength of sheet and core material of the sandwich panel should not be less than 0.06Mpa
Stripping Performance: The bonded sandwich material on sheet should be well-distributed in the test, the bond area of every stripping surface should not be less than 85%.
5 Flexural loading capacity
If the deflection of sandwich panel on partition wall is L0/250 (L0 is distance between supports), the flexural loading capacity of sandwich panel should not be less than 0.5kN/m2. When sandwich panel is used as loading hardware, its flexural loading capacity should accord with the regulation of related structure design standard.
6 Fireproof Limit
The wall used in clean room and related controlled environment enclosure structure, Evacuation corridor, wall panel between clean and non-clean area and ceiling panel in clean room, their fireproof limit should conform to the regulation of standard GB 50073-2013.
The internal wall panel is used in clean room and the wall of related controlled environment enclosure structure, their fireproof limit should not be less than 30min.
7 Noncombustible Performance
Sandwich panel should be noncombustible material. Its combustible performance should conform to the test requirements for noncombustible material according to GB/T 5464-2010 Standard and should also conform to the requirements of A1 class according to GB/T 8624-2011 standard.
8 Others
The wall panels and ceiling panels, which are used in clean room and related controlled environment enclosure structure in different industries, should conform to the requirements of production engineering. Such as No or less dust (bacteria) production, friction resistance, washable resistance, anti-static electricity and the panel in bio-clean room should be antiseptic liquid corrosion. And all kinds of plates should be anti aging fragmentation effectively.
The panel, which is used in production, working and construction, should be reduced the adverse effects on surrounding-environments health and worker health.
